I Pascho Jago of Dartmouth in the County of Devon Marchant being in my perfect sence and memory (Praised bee Allmightie god) Doe ordaine and make this my last will and testament in manner and forme following ffirst I bequeath my Soule into the hands of my Redeemer who hath bought it with his pretious blood and my body unto Christian buriall Item I give and bequeath unto the poore of the parish of Dulo in Cornewall ten shillings Item I give to the poore of Saint Saviours in Dartmouth fforty shillings Item I give and bequeath unto my Sonne Walter Jago the Some of three pounds Item I give and bequeath unto my Sonne Thomas Jago the Some of fifteen pounds Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth Getkins the Wife of Daniel Getkins fforty shillings Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Jago the sume of one hundred forty and fower pounds whereof halfe to be paid at her marriage day and the other halfe within six moneths after Item I give and bequeath unto my said Daughter Mary Jago All my title .... and interest in my shop neere the new key Plowleigh (?)Item I give and bequeath unto my Grandsonne Robert Jago Sonne of Robert Jago one silve wine bowle Item I give and bequeath unto the said Robert Jago Johan Jago and Mary Jago Children of Robert Jago the sume of fifteene pounds to bee distributed amongst them by equall portions Item I give and bequeath unto Walter Jago Jane Jago Katherine Jago and Joane Jago Children of Walter Jago the sume of twenty pounds to bee distributed amongst them by equall portions Item I give and bequeath unto Hester Jago Daughter of Thomas Jago five pounds Item I give and bequeath unto John Getkins Samuell Getkins and Elizabeth Getkins Children of Daniell Getkins the sume of fforty shillings to bee devided amongst them by equall portions Item I give and bequeath unto my Sonne Walter Jago and my Daughter Mary Jago all my tearme claime and interest which I have in the halfendeale of Slapton Cellar with all the appurtenances to be equally devided betweene them Item I give and bequeath unto my Sonnes Walter Jago Thomas Jago and my Daughter Mary Jago all my tearme title clayme and interest which I have in Cowcrosse Cellar with all the appurtenances to be devided amongst them in thirds All the rest of my goods and chattells moveable and unmoveable not disposed of I give and bequeath unto my Sonne Robert Jago whom I appoint and make my sole Executor Wittnes my hand and Seale the thirty day of December One thousand six hundred fforty fower Pasco Jago Teste me Daniell Getkins Robert fflamancke
