In the name of God amen the xxvith Daye of November 1590 I Robert ffollett of Dartmouth in the County of Devon marchant Beinge sicke of Body but of good and perfite remembrance I thanck my Lorde god Doe ordeine and make this my Testament and Last Will in manner and forme followinge ffirst I Comend my Sowle into the hands of Allmighty god my Creator and maker and his Sonne Jesus Christe my only redemer and Saviour And my Body to the earth Item I give to the poore of the South Towne Tenn shillinge Item I give to the poore of the North Towne of Dartmouth Twenty shillinge Item I give and bequeth to my Sonne Nicholas ffollett the Some fiftye pounds Lawfull money of England to be paide unto him at his age of Eightene Yeares Item I give and bequeth to my Sonne Thomas ffollett fiftye pounds Lawfull money of England to be paide unto him at his age of Eightene Yeares Item I give and bequeth unto my Daughter Susan ffollett fiftye pounds Lawfull money of England to be paide unto her at her age of Eightene Yeares And yf yt shall happen that any of my said Children to Dye before they shall accomplish the age of xviii yeares Then I will and by this my Testament I give and bequeth the portion and Legacy of every one so Dyinge to the longer Liver Item I give to my Servante Honor Luckes twenty shillinge in money Item I give to Ivane Anger Tenne shillinges in money All the rest of my goodes Cattells Chattells and Debts whatsoever moveable and unmoveable before not given nor bequethed my Legacies paide my Debts satisfied and my ffuneralls Discharged I give and bequeath to Silvin ffollett my wife whom I make and Constitute my whole onely and Sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament And I appointe my Lovinge brother John ffollett the younger and John Rider to be my Supervisors of this my said will and testament These bearinge Wittnes Walter Roche Vicar of Dartmouth John ffollett the Younger and Margarett Lowmar Ivan Anger Robert ffollett per me Walterum Roche Chr....
