I Mary Waymouth of Dawlish in the County of Devon Widow declare this to be my Will hereby revoking all former Wills I give to my Brother in law George Waymouth an annuity of fifty Pounds sterling for his Life and having received from him three hundred Pounds to my own use under my engagement to pay him an annuity of Thirty three Pounds Sterling for his Life I give to him one annuity of Thirty three Pounds Sterling for his Life in satisfaction of such engagement both annuities to be paid half yearly on the twenty second day of April and the twenty Second day of October in every Year the first Payment on such of those days as shall first happen after my decease I give to my cousin Ann ffearnhead one hundred Pounds and to her Sister Mary ffearnhead fifty Pounds I give to my nephew Nathaniel Harden the younger the Sum of two hundred Pounds All the Rest and Residue of my monies securities for money goods chattels personal and testamentary Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath to my Son Charles Waymouth And I appoint my said Son and the said Nathaniel Harden Executors of this my Will Witness my hand and seal this first day of July 1830 _ Mary Waymouth _ Signed Sealed and Published by the said Mary Waymouth as her last Will and Testament in the presence of us Ralph Barnes _ Edwd Tapley

I declare this to be a Codicil to my Will the Legacies therein named I desire to be paid to the several parties in Pounds Sterling not Stock and free of every Legacy duty or tax whatsoever Mary Waymouth _ Sarah Jey Spinster
