I Joseph Hingston of Dodbrook in the County of Devon Merchant do hereby revoke all Wills Codicils and other Testamentary Dispositions made by me at any time or times heretofore and do declare this to be my last Will and Testament I direct my debts and funeral and testamentary expences to be paid out of my Real and Personal Estate I give devise and bequeath all and singular my said Real and Personal Estate and Property of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever situate of which I shall be seized or possessed or to which I shall be in any way entitled at the time of my decease subject to my said debts and funeral and testamentary expences aforesaid unto my dear Wife Elizabeth Talwin Hingston To hold the same respectively unto her my said Wife her heirs executors administrators and assigns according to the nature and quality thereof respectively for her own absolute use and benefit And I nominate and appoint my said Wife my Son in Law Robert Dymond the Younger of Exeter in the said County Surveyor my Brother in Law William Browne of Totnes in the said County Banker and my Nephews Charles Prideaux of Plymouth in the said County and Henry Prideaux of the same place Attorney at Law Executrix and Executors of this my said last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Joseph Hingston have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifth day of the second month (ffebruary) One thousand eight hundred and fifty two Jos Hingston
