Committee on the Climate of Devon
Trans. Devon Assoc., vol. 44, (1912), pp. 136-153.
by
R. Hansford Worth (Ed.)
Prepared by Michael Steer
The Committee’s 30th Report was read at the Association’s Jubilee, July 1912 Exeter meeting. The annual account of Meteorological Observations in Devon for 1911 was presented in the tabulated form adopted by the Committee for the past 19 nineteen years. This report extract =provides (a) names of the Climate Committee members, and (b) a comprehensive list of the Stations at which readings were taken, as well as (c) the names of the contributing observers. The report extract is from a copy of a rare and much sought-after journal that can be downloaded from the Internet Archive. Google has sponsored the digitisation of books from several libraries. These books, on which copyright has expired, are available for free educational and research use, both as individual books and as full collections to aid researchers.
