London: W T Clarke (1838) 763. pp.
Transcribed by Michael Steer
The case heard before the House of Lords in July 1834 and again in March 1835, related to property transactions in the "Borough, Manor and Lordship of Honiton". These complex transactions affected a relatively large number of persons and included impressively large sums of money, resulting in protracted litigation. This rare book was produced from a digital copy held by the Bodleian Library that can be downloaded from Google Books. Google has sponsored the digitisation of books from several libraries. Those on which copyright has expired are available for free educational and research use, both as individual books and as full collections to aid researchers.
