London: W T Clarke (1838) 763. pp.

Transcribed by Michael Steer

The case heard before the House of Lords in July 1834 and again in March 1835, related to property transactions in the "Borough, Manor and Lordship of Honiton". These complex transactions affected a relatively large number of persons and included impressively large sums of money, resulting in protracted litigation.
