1 March 1805, under £450. John SQUANCE of Huntishaw, Devon, Gentleman. Executor(s): William SQUANCE, same (address);

Legatee: His wife:- Account of Legacies: All his fields or closes of land situate at Hollsway Head in the Parish of Great Torrington in the possession of William MATTHEWS during his Right herein. Also, during her natural life all those two fields called the Tree Field or Bush Close and Taylors Close lying in the Parish of Great Torrington, and after her death he gave and bequeathed the said two Fields to his son William SQUANCE in Trust for his Grand Daughter Louisa SQUANCE ~Daughter of his said Son William SQUANCE during his Right herein. ~ He likewise gave to his said wife all his Household Furniture.

Legatee: William SQUANCE - Son:- Account of Legacies: All his Lands, Tenements, Estates Real and Personal not before given or bequeathed together with all his other Goods and Chattels and appointed him Sole Executor.
