Proved 9 June 1703

To be buried in such manner as my executors may think meet and convenient.

To the poor of the parish of Iddesleigh 40/-

To my Aunt Susanna Mallet, single woman £3 yearly during her life; my old stuff gowne, my worst petty coat and my worst brasen [pan].

To my uncle Giles Mallet £10

To my kinswoman Jane Herder widow, daughter of my uncle Giles Mallet my new stuff gowne and petty coate.

To my god-daughter Elizabeth Herder, daughter of Jane Herder £5, to be paid when she is 14.

To my aunt Mary Crosse, widow of the city of Exon & her three children to each of them 20/- to be bestowed in mourning rings.

To my Aunt Sarah Horne 20/- to be bestowed in a mourning ring.

To each of my Aunt Sarah Hornes three children £3

To my uncle George Lethbridge & his wife, and to my aunt Rebecca Lethbridge widdow 20/- to be bestowed in mourning rings.

To my uncle George's three children, and my Aunt Rebeccas 4 children 20/- each.
