In the Name of God Amen I Catherine Weymouth Widow of Adams Weymouth late a Master in the Royal Navy now residing at Batson Cottage Batson near Kingsbridge in the County of Devon being in health of body and of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding yet knowing the uncertainty of this transitory life do for avoiding controversies after my decease make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say ffirst I will and direct that my body may be interred in a decent manner at the discretion of my Executrixes hereinafter named and as to all and singular my Lands and Tenements ffreehold or Leasehold Goods Chattels money securities for money book debts Personal and Testamentary Estate and Effects of what nature or kind soever or wheresoever the same may be at the time of my decease and which I am now possessed of interested in or entitled unto at the time of my decease I give devise the same unto my three Daughters Catherine Adams Weymouth Arabella Jane Weymouth and Mary ffolliot Weymouth to be equally divided between them in just and equal proportions and to each and severally her and their Heirs Exors Administrators and Assigns to hold the same unto each of them the said Catherine Adams Weymouth Arabella Jane Weymouth and Mary ffolliot Weymouth each and severally their Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns to and for each and severally their sole use and benefit for ever subject only to the payment of my just debts and funeral expences And I do hereby make known to my said three Daughters that it is my last dying wish and most earnest recommendation to them and as they value and respect my last injunction to each of them that whenever either of them marry that at least two thirds or three parts of whatever property either of them may at that time be possessed of should be settled upon themselves and their Children for their separate use and sole benefit independent of all control of their Husbands And lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said three Daughters Catherine Adams Weymouth Arabella Jane Weymouth and Mary ffolliot Weymouth my joint Executrixes of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former and other Wills by me at any time or times heretofore made declaring this only to be my only true and last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Catherine Weymouth have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fifth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty four and in the fifth year of the Reign of His Majesty King William the fourth Signed Catherine Weymouth
