DEVON LOCAL MILITIA DESERTERS.
WHEREAS, the undermentioned PERSONS, who have been duly enrolled to SERVE in the HIGHRIDGE REGIMENT of DEVON LOCAL MILITIA, commanded by Colonel the Right Hon. Sir GEORGE YONGE, Bart, and who did not appear at the Time and Place appointed for Training and Exercise, are deemed DESERTERS: Whoever secures such Deserters, or any, or either of them, so that they may be lodged in any of His Majesty's Gaols, shall receive the sum of TWENTY SHILLINGS for each Deserter, allowed by Act of Parliament.
