In the Name of God Amen I Henry Loosemore of the Parish of Molland Yeoman being of perfect mind and memory thanks be given unto God and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die do make and ordain this to be my last Will and Testament as follows ffirst I give and bequeath upon trust all my Property except what is reserved unto my brother James Loosemore and Richard Mogridge Yeomen of the Parish of Molland in the County of Devon I give and bequeath unto my brother Robert Loosemore the sum of ten pounds I give unto my brother James Loosemore the sum of ten pounds I give unto Mary Pulman daughter of my brother Robert Loosemore the sum of fifty pounds I give unto Elizabeth daughter of my brother John Loosemore fifty pounds I give unto Elenor daughter of my brother John Loosemore twenty five pounds and one silver table spoon I give unto Henry the son of John Loosemore the sum of twenty five pounds I give unto John the son of John Loosemore twenty five pounds I give unto Elizabeth daughter of my brother Robert Loosemore the sum of ten pounds with six silver tea Spoons and Sugar tongs I give unto Sarah Knapman daughter of Robert Loosemore the sum of ten pounds I give unto Robert Loosemore son of Robert Loosemore the sum of ten pounds I give unto John Loosemore son of Robert Loosemore ten pounds I give unto Elizabeth Voysey daughter of James Loosemore the sum of nineteen pounds fifteen shillings I give unto Sarah Gardner servant unto my brother James the sum of nineteen pounds fifteen shillings Also I give unto the aforesaid Sarah Gardner all my Goods and ffurniture with my Linning Also I give unto Henry Simons Son of William Simons of Wimple my Watch Also I give unto Grace Bale daughter of Mary Cockam of Molland deceased the sum of five pounds All my Wearing Apparel I give unto my brother James Loosemore All my funeral and other expences to be paid by my trust If any overplus let the remainder part of the money be divided between my three brothers' children to have equal share alike the above legacies to be paid within seven months after my decease In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twentyeth fourth day of April One thousand Eight hundred and thirty eight Henry Loosemore
