Will of Richard Gibbings, Sadler and Inn Keeper of Morchard Bishop

I Richard Gibbings of Morchard Bishop in the County of Devon Sadler and Inn Keeper do make my last Will and Testament in the manner following (that is to say) I give to my son Richard eighty pounds to my son Thomas Henry eighty pounds and to each of daughters Mary Harriet, Charlotte and Maria severally to be paid to them in lawful money after the expiration of one year after my decease all other my real and personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Maria Gibbings her heirs executors and administrators subject however to the payment of my just debts and my funeral and testamentary expences. Lastly I appoint the said Maria Gibbings sole Executrix of this my will In Witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this twenty sixth day of June one thousand eight hundred and forty five _ Richard Gibbings in the presence of _ James Brown _ William Snow
