Name and description of Testator or Testatrix
No 60 Administration to the effects (with the will annexed) to the effects of William Whithear late of Northam shopkeeper deceased. Unadministered by Grace Whithear widow and executrix of the deceased and Catherine Whithear administratrix with the said will annexed was granted to Dorothy Marshall of Lostwithiel Cornwall there being no legal representative of the said William Whithear to be found and she be equitably entitled to the effects so administered
