OFFWELL, a parish in the hundred of COLYTON, county of DEVON, 2½ miles (E. S. E) from Honiton, containing 379 inhabitants. The living is a rectory, in the archdeaconry and diocese of Exeter, rated in the king's books at £14. 3. 6½., and in the patronage of the Rev. G. B. Coplestone.
