In the Name of God Amen I Christian of Parham in the County of Devon widdow by reason of the uncertanie ? of Departure of the life yes? of good and perfecte memorie thanks be to Almightie God doe make and ordain my last will and testament in manner and forme as following First I commend my soule unto the hands and tuition of Almightie God my creator and through Jesus Christ my saviour and Redeemer and my body to bee buried in the Church of Parkham Item I give and bequeath to the poore of Parkham one pound Item I give and bequeathto my Cousin William Rendell on shilling Item I give and bequeath to my Cozen Josias Burrowe one shilling Item I give and bequeath to my Cozen Ellen Burrowe one pound Item I give and bequeath to my Cozen John RE..ELL? Sonne John five shillinge Item I give & bequeath to my Cozen John Britten one shilling Item I give and bequeath unto my Cousin Christian Burrowe forou ?[four] shillinge Item I give and bequeath to my Cousin Joane Rendell to be my whole and sole Executor of all my goods and Chattells which is not given and her is to paye the legacies which I have given upon my Will This will made the twentie daye of February in the year of our Lord god one Thousand six hundred fiftie nyne And hereunto I have put my hand and seale written.
