In the Name of God Amen I Draper Windsor residing at No 42 in Cobourg Street in the Borough of Plymouth in the County of Devon being of sound mind memory and understanding do for avoiding controversies after my decease make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following ffirst I commend my Soul to God who gave it hoping for redemption through the merits of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and as for & concerning all my worldly goods Estates and Effects I do give and bequeath the same as follows having already given and distributed unto my two Sons Draper Windsor deceased and Thomas Windsor their regular portion in money and also to my daughter Elizabeth now the wife of Edward Lane a Shipwright of His Majesty's Dock Yard Devonport her regular portion in money as well as all the Household Goods and ffurniture (except the Bed) which did belong to me at the decease of my former Wife they have no right or title to claim any part of my remaining property after my decease I do therefore give and bequeath unto my present Wife Elizabeth Windsor my two Houses or Tenements and Premises situate & being No 35 & No 37 Sewell Street Goswell Street in the County of Middlesex the said Houses being at present in the occupation of Mr John Harvey and Mr David Russen until the expiration of the leases of the said premises under the promise and condition that my said Wife Elizabeth do provide for and educate my daughter Eliza and my Granddaughter Elizabeth (daughter of my deceased son Draper) until they arrive to the age of maturity and are enabled to procure their own livelihood and no further I also give and bequeath unto my said Wife Elizabeth Windsor the Bed Mattress Bolster Pillows and Counterpoint at present occupied by me together with all Household furniture of whatever nature or description which she brought with her at the time of her marriage with me and which I now use and enjoy I also give and bequeath unto my Grandson Edward Lane of Stonehouse in the County of Devon my Gold Watch Spectacles and Walking stick which I hope he will take great care of in memory of me after my decease the said articles being such that I have always valued during my lifetime I do hereby further give & bequeath unto my son Thomas Windsor of the Parish of Saint Lukes in the County of Middlesex all the wearing apparel of whatsoever description that may belong to me at the time of my decease And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Wife Elizabeth Windsor sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Draper Windsor have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fourth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two _ Draper Windsor
