Edward ASHWORTH, architect and artist. Born: 1814, at Colyton, near Chulmleigh. Died after 1883. He was active in New Zealand and Hong King from 1842-46. He rebuilt many churches in Devon. His original drawings are held in the Westcountry Studies Library, Exeter. This rare book was produced from a digital copy held by the University of Michigan Library that can be downloaded from Google Books. Google has sponsored the digitisation of books from several libraries.
