This is the last will and testament of me John Squire Senior of Sugworthy in the Parish of Roborough in the County of Devon I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Elizabeth Squire during her life the cottage and premises called Passmores Lodge in High Bickington belonging to me as leaseholder, and after her decease I desire that the said property shall descend to John Squire and Drusilla Squire being childrenof my son William squire the profits therefrom to be equally divided between them. The residue and remainder of my property I give unto my said daughter Mary Elizabeth Squire whom I appoint Executrix of this Will. As witness my hand this day the 4th April 1893

On the third day of November 1894 Probate of this Will was granted at Exeter to Mary Elizabeth Folland (Wife of Thomas Folland formerly Squire Spinster) the Daughter the sole Executrix
