This is last Will and Testament of me Robert Squire of Saint Giles in the Wood in the County of Devon Yeoman. I hereby direct that the business of my farms shall be carried on as at present by my two sons William Squire and Francis Squire for the equal benefit of all my Children namely the said William Squire and Francis Squire Hannah Margaret Squire John Squire and Thomas Squire for the term of five years next after my death and at the expiration of that term I give and bequeath to my son William Squire my Leasehold Estate called West Arstone situated at Ashreigney in the said County Subject to the payment of Ten Pounds a year to each of my Sons Francis John Squire and Thomas Squire during their lives I give and bequeath to my daughter Hannah Margaret Squire the sum of Three hundred pounds. And I give and bequeath all the residue of my Estate and Effects unto and equally between my said four sons and I declare that the share of either of my children dying without issue shall go to the survivors or survivor to be equally divided between them if more than one. And I hereby appoint my said Sons William Squire and Francis Squire Executors of this my Will . In Witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this second day of December One thousand eight hundred and fifty eight.

I certify that the aforegoing is a correct copy of the orginal Will of Robert Squire who died on the 3rd day of December 1858 and that the said Will was proved in the District Registry at Exeter on the 18th day of April 1859 by William squire Son of the deceased one of the Executors. Power being reserved to Francis Squire Son of the deceased the other Executor
