This is the last Will and Testament made by me John Sandover Blacksmith of the Parish of Cornwood in the County of Devon ffirst I nominate constitute and appoint Maria Sandover my dear wife whole and sole Executrix To have an to hold all my goods & chattels and Property whatsoever & wheresoever as long as she shall live and after her decease I give to Henry Louisa Stephen and Susanna my four children above named ten pounds each and the remainder if any to be equally devided to all my children the above named to shear again with the other and if my wife should marry she shall be excluded from all my property and the property to be taken and devided as above directed In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seal the second day of September in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty seven _ John Sandover
