The eighth day of September in the yere of Oure Lord one thousand sixe hundred and sixteene James ffrayne of Swymbridge in the Countie of Devon yeoman do make his last will nuncupative in manner and forme and followinge ffirst he did give and bequeath to all the poore people of the parishe of Swymbridge aforesaid who were releyved by the parishe and theire names were upon the booke fivetyne pence a peece. And did make and ordayne Anne his wife to be whole and sole executrix in the presence of John ffranklin Alf Hutchings and George Dennys.

Probate granted to Ann his relict 11th February 1619
