Will of James Oland, Gentleman of Tiverton

This is the last Will and Testament of me James Oland of Tiverton in the County of Devon Gentleman First I Will and Desire that my Body may be Interred in a Decent manner at the Discretion of my Executors In Trust hereinafter named And as to my Estate both Real and Personal I Dispose thereof in manner following (Viz) All my Lands and Tenements Goods and Chattels Real and Personal and Testamentary Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever whereof I am now or shall or may at the time of my Decease be Seized Possessed of or Intitled unto I Give Devise and bequeath unto my well beloved friends Jonathan Sydenham of the City of London Merchant Thomas Casway of Tiverton aforesaid ffuller and Beavis Wood of the same place Gentleman their Heirs Executors and Admors for ever In Trust and to and for the uses Ends Intents and Purposes hereinafter mentioned (that is to say)As to all the Lands and Tenements and real Estate (that I am now Seized of or Intitled unto)To the Use of my Dear Wife ffrances Oland for and during the Term of her Natural life And from and after her Decease Then to the use and behoof of my two Daughters ffrances Oland and Elizabeth Oland and their Heirs for ever as Tenants in Common and not as Joint Tenants And as to my said Personal and Testamentary Estate and Effects In Trust that they the said Jonathan Sydenham Thomas Casway and Beavis Wood their Executors or Admors shall and do Permit and Suffer my said Dear Wife ffrances Oland to have hold receive take and enjoy the same as to her own Proper Goods and Chattels for ever And my Will is and I do hereby Give unto each of them the said Jonathan Sydenham Thomas Casway and Beavis Wood my said Trustees a Mourning Gold Ring of the Value of One Guinea And do hereby make Nominate and Appoint the said Jonathan Sydenham Thomas Casway and Beavis Wood Executors In Trust of this my last Will and Testament Hereby revoking all former Wills by me made Hereby revoking all former Wills by me heretofore made and do Declare this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said James Oland the Testator have hereunto set my hand and Seal the Twentieth day of August in the Year of our Lord of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty three James Oland
