I Sarah Now wife of John Bushrod the elder of Dorchester in the County of Dorsett Clothier and formerly the widdow Relict and Executrix of Peter Atkins of Tiverton in the County of Devon gent Doe by this my last will and Testament give and bequeath unto Loveing Kinsman Mr Nicholas Hitchcock of Tiverton aforesaid Mercer All such Sume and Sumes of money as by vertue of the last will and Testament of my Said deceased husband Peter Atkins I am Authorised and impowered to give and bequeath and such person or persons as I should by writing to retein the same ... by authorizing and impowering him the said Nicholas Hitchcock his executors administrators or assignes and every and either of them to receive All and every such Sume and Sumes of money as aforesaid after my decease to his and their owne proper use and behoofe Hereby alsoe appointing him the said Nicholas Hitchcocke to be my Sole Executor Revoaking all former wills grant or grants Whatsoever heretofore made In witnes hereof I have hereunto put my hand and Seale the Thirteenth day of ffebruary in the Two and Twentieth yeare of the Reigne of our Soveraigne Lord King Charles the Second of England etc. Annoq Domini 1669 Sarah Bushrod Sealed and delivered in the presence of Joshua Churchill Hen: Bushrod Margarett Bushrod
