This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Elizabeth Ranney of Topsham in the County of Devon Spinster I give and devise all that my messuage tenement or Dwelling house Courtlage Lofts and Premises now in the occupation of John Clench Gentleman situate in the Parish of Topsham aforesaid unto and to the use of my beloved Mother Elizabeth Ranney her heirs and assigns for ever And I also give to my said Mother for her own absolute use one moiety or equal half part of all the monies and property which the late Miss ffarr gave me by her Will And as to the other moiety or equal half part thereof and all the other Property in which I have a vested interest under the Will of my late deceased ffather William Ranney I give and bequeath the same unto my three Brothers William Parker Ranney Henry Sargent Ranney and Charles Edward Ranney and I appoint Henry Crofts of Exeter Esquire and my said brother Henry Sargent Ranney In trust of this my last Will and Testament and I hereby revoke and make void all former Wills by me made In Witness whereof I the said Mary Elizabeth Ranney the Testatrix have hereunto set my hand and seal this second day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty eight Mary Elizth Ranney
