This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Branford of Puddavin near Totnes in the County of Devon Widow I give and bequeath all my stock in the three pounds per centum Consolidated Bank Annuities standing in the joint names of Mr Henry Rivington Hill and myself in the Books of the Governor and Company of the Bank of England and all my share and interest in the joint stock or Capital in the London Dock Company standing in the joint names of myself and my late dear son John Branford and the said Henry Rivington Hill and all my shares in the London and Westminster Bank and all other the stocks funds and securities (if any) which I or any other person or persons in trust for me may be possessed of or entitled to at the time of my decease and alos all sums of money deposited by me in the Naval Annuitant Societies Savings Bank at Devonport with all interest accrued or accruing due thereon and all my household furniture plate linen china and live and dead stock ready money and securities for money and also all my real estate(if any)and all other my personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto my beloved and affectionate daughter Anne Branford her heirs executors administrators and assigns for her and their own absolute use and benefit And I hereby appoint my said dear daughter Anne Branford sole Executrix of this my Will and I revoke all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty fifth day of March in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty six _ Mary Branford
