I Charles Brice of Uffculme in the County of Devon Maltster do make this my last Will and Testament as follows

I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal and testamentary estate and effects unto and to the use of my dear wife Sarah Brice her heirs executors administrators and assignees and I appoint her sole Executrix of this my Will. 

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifth day of April one thousand eight hundred and forty two Chas Brice

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Charles Brice the testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have here below subscribed our names as witnesses Robert Loosemore Thos Tucker

Proved at London 6th Octr 1845 before the judge on the oath of Sarah Brice widow the relict the sole executrix to whom adminstration was granted having been first sworn by command duly to administer
