This is the last Will and Testament of me John Bampfield of Uffculm in the County of Devon Yeoman in manner and form following that is to say I give and bequeath unto ffrancis Baker of Sheldon in the said County Yeoman the Sum of twenty Pounds to be paid him by my Executrix hereinafter named within six Months after my death Also I give devise and bequeath unto my dear Wife Susannah Bampfield her Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever all and singular my Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Estates whatsoever and wheresoever as well ffreehold as Leasehold and every part and parcel thereof with their and every of their Appurtenances and all my Estate Right Title Interest Property Claim and Demand therein and thereto And also all my Money Securities for Money Goods Chattels and Personal Effects whatsoever and every part thereof and do appoint my said Wife Susannah Bampfield sole Executrix of this my Will and Lastly I do hereby revoke and make void all former Will and Wills by me heretofore made and declare this to be my last Will In Witness I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this twenty third day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine John Bampfield
