In the Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Pidsley Spinster of Uptonpyne in the County of Devon being weak and frail in body but of a sound mind memory and understanding do make and declare this writing to be my last Will and Testament First I desire that all my just debts and funeral expences be paid and discharged by my Executor in after named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease And I give and bequeath unto my sister Mary Pidsley of Exeter Spinster the sum of Ninety pounds to be paid her by my Executor within one year after my decease And I give and bequeath unto my brother William Pidsley of Uptonpyne Yeoman the sum of Ninety pounds to be paid him by my Executor within one year after my decease And I give and bequeath unto my brother Thomas Pidsley of Budleigh Salterton Baker the sum of Ninety pounds to be paid him by my Executor within one year after my decease And I give and bequeath unto my nephew Zachariah Paul of London Cabinet Maker the sum of fifteen to be paid him by my Executor within one year after my decease And I give and bequeath unto my nephew Alfred Paul of Exeter Second Master at St John's School the sum of fifteen to be paid him by my Executor within one year after my decease And I give and bequeath all my wearing apparel to my Sister Hannah Pidsley Spinster of Upton Pyne and lastly I give devise and bequeath unto my Sister Hannah Pidsley Spinster of Upton Pyne all the rest and residue of my estates goods chattles monies securities for money and whatever property I shall or may be possessed of at the time of my decease (subject only to the legacies and conditions as before expressed) for her sole use and benefit and I hereby constitute nominate and appoint the said Hannah Pidsley Executor of this my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty six day of April one thousand eight hundred and fifty _ Elizabeth Pidsley
