This is the Last Will and Testament of me Grace Huggins formerly of Shobrooke then of Crediton and now of Zeal Monachorum in the County of Devon Widow of William Huggins formerly of Shobrooke aforesaid Gentleman deceased I give All my estate and effects real and personal unto my daughter Elizabeth Wreford Wife of John Wreford of Zeal Monachorum aforesaid Gentleman her heirs executors administrators and assigns for her own sole and separate use benefit and disposal And I appoint the said Eliza Wreford sole Executrix of this my Will In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this ninth day of August in the year of our Lord 1835
