"THURROCK (LITTLE), a parish in the hundred of BARSTABLE, county of ESSEX, 1 mile (E.) from Grays-Thurrock, containing 192 inhabitants. The living is a rectory, in the archdeaconry of Essex, and diocese of London, rated in the king's books at £13. 15., and in the patronage of the Rev. Thomas Schreiber.
