The Church was built in 1908 using some materials from the then chapel at Foxcotte (the tower of which remains at Foxcotte). The architect was Hugh Benson.
There has never been a graveyard at St Thomas' (Andover Town cemeteries were used instead).
Most registers are held at the Hampshire County Records office in Winchester.
