BODENHAM.
WITH BOWLEY, MAUND MAGNA, MOOR, AND WHITCHURCH MAUND

BODENHAM, a pretty village, situated about eight miles N. from Hereford, it contains several good houses, and has a very romantic and pleasant appearance.

   The following are its townships:- BOWLEY, MAUND MAGNA, THE MOOR, and WHITCHURCH MAUND.

   The church is a fine old structure, bearing the appearance of great antiquity. The Rev. Henry Arkwright, M.A., Vicar; Messrs. Joseph Baker and Jonathan Symmonds, Churchwardens; Mr. John Harford, Clerk. Service - 10.45 a.m. and 3 p.m.

   There is a FREE SCHOOL in the village; average number of scholars, 45. Mr. James Moreton, master.
