following inscription was on the balustrade:
Vive ut vivas. THOMAS MUNN, and THOMAS BOWYEAR, and RICHARD ROSS Church
Wardens. Iat cite si bene.
161 One of the bells is inscribed:
RICHARD BRADFORD & THOMAS SHEWARD Ch. Wardens.
