"WESTON-BEGGARD, a parish in the hundred of RADLOW, county of HEREFORD, 5 miles (E.) from Hereford, containing 270 inhabitants. The living is a discharged vicarage, in the archdeaconry and diocese of Hereford, rated in the king's books at £5. 15. 3., endowed with £200 royal bounty, and in the patronage of the Dean and Chapter of Hereford. The church, dedicated to All Saints, has lately received an addition of seventy-six sittings, of which seventy-one are free, the Incorporated Society for the enlargement of churches and chapels having granted £45 towards defraying the expense.
