The church did not have a graveyard.

It was founded in 1862. It closed in 1991.

Opened in 1867, the Church was named after Bishop Alexander Goss, Bishop of the Diocese at the time. This original church was bombed during WW2 and rebuilt in a modern style on the same site then reopened in 1957.
