Notes

  • The form transcribed is a photocopy of the original document (which is unfit for production).
  • The only parts which were illegible were some of the pre-printed occupations, which were filled in from other surviving examples of this form.
  • There are 43 tradespeople listed above and also something at the end starting with w------- which had been crossed but numbering 8 persons. There are only 50 listed in Question 9 in Formula No 1. There is also 1 manufacturer (Q8) which may account for the apparent discrepancy in numbers.
