* Allaflax is a very unusual name.

William Alliflax, single man, and Mary Ann Moore, single woman, both of Cantley, were married at Cantley church in 1821.

In the censuses for 1851, 1861 and 1871, they were in Limpenhoe. William's place of birth is given as Lound in Suffolk, where the family appears as Allifax/Hallifax.

There are two possible burials in the Limpenhoe register:

     1870 10 Oct - William Halifax - 78 years
     1880 18 Jan - Mary    Halifax - 88 years
