SHOTTESHAM (LOW), a village 5 miles S. of Norwich. The parish comprises 1615 acres, exclusive of about 400 acres in Shottesham park, and contained, in 1841, 408 inhabitants; its present residents are:-

         Barnard  William       miller
         Bateman  William       land agent
         Fellowes Robert, Esq.  the Park
 
            Farmers.
 
         Raven    William
         Sayer    Daniel
