Candidates
- A. = Sir Jacob Henry Astley, Bart.
- C. = Thomas William Coke Esq.
- W. = The Hon. John Wodehouse
Notes
- 1. In the transcription of the Poll Book the modern spelling of place names has been added in brackets "()" to many of the entries so that a search will find them.
- 2. Under Martham we have apparently 8 people whose lands are occupied by "S. Sendall"?
- 3. The notation [sic] means as printed. Some entries have [sic "alternative spelling"] and these are believed to be the same entries (but showing the different spelling) as printed by R. Bacon in their poll book published for the same election.
Places with no voters
The following place :-
Billockby
had no one who lived there and voted because of a freehold in the same place.
West Flegg Hundred is followed in the Poll book by Forehoe Hundred.
