WOODRISING, a village 16 miles W. by S. of Norwich, and 2½ miles W. by N. of Hingham. The parish comprises 1363 acres, and contained, in 1841, 129 inhabitants; its present residents are:-

         Boultbee  Charles H.         farmer
         Fuller    Philip             carpenter
         Roberts   Rev. Arthur, M.A.
         Sculpher  John               blacksmith
         Stebbing  Esther             farmer
         Weyland   John, Esq.         the Hall
