"GREETHAM, a parish in the hundred of ALSTOE, county of RUTLAND, 6 miles (N. E.) from Oakham, containing 541 inhabitants. The living is a vicarage, in the archdeaconry of Northampton, and diocese of Peterborough, rated in the king's books at £5. 3. 9., and endowed with £500 three per cent, annuities, private benefaction.
