"THORNHAM PARVA, a parish in the hundred of Hartismere, county Suffolk, 2½ miles S.W. of Eye, its post town. The living is a rectory annexed to that of Thornham Magna, in the diocese of Norwich. The church is dedicated to St. Mary. The register dates from 1711. Lord Henniker is lord of the manor."
