ABBOT'S BROMLEY

"BAGOT'S BROMLEY, a liberty in the parish of Abbot's Bromley, southern division of the hundred of Pirehill, in the county of Stafford, not far from Abbot's Bromley. It has been held by the Bagots since the Conquest. Bagot's Park, 2 miles from this place, is the deer park of Lord Bagot whose seat is at Blithfield."

"CUCKOLD'S HAVEN, in the parish of Abbot's Bromley, and the county of Stafford, 2½ miles N. of Abbot's Bromley."
