| John Wats of late Keeper of Duncombe parke near Helmsley at his death left ot the Poor of Helmsley Twenty pounds to be secured out at interest by the Overseers of the Proc[eeds] of the said Towne the interest ariseing from the same to be paid to the most needful poor people there upon every Christmas day and Whitsunday by equall portions in every yeare for Ever without any diminuation.
