Extracts from the Will of
Miss Sarah Taylor.
of Hollyhurst, Malton.
Dated 4th Jan. 1909 - Testatrix Died 28th Nov. 1921.

I bequeath £100 free of duty to the Vicar and Churchwardens of OLD-MALTON to be invested in Government Security and the income applied to the repair of the Stained Glass Window (St Gilbert) on the North side, placed there in memory of her brother Andrew and Grand Parents, Andrew and Mary Taylor-also for the repair of of the Graves of the Taylor family and to include an annual payment of 5/-to the Sexton for Keeping the grass in order there. The remainder of such income to be given at the annual Vestry meeting to the maintenance fund of the Church.
