  • Merchant's-row, Scarborough, Rachael Woodall Post Mistress.
  • Letters for London, Bridlington, Beverley, Hull and the South are despatched every night at half-past nine, and arrive every night at twelve.
  • Letters for Whitby are despatched every night at twelve, and arrive every evening at half-past six.-Letters for York, Scotland, Ireland and the West are despatched every afternoon at three, and arrive every day at twelve.
  • Office hours:The London letters are delivered at eight in the morning, and those by the other mails shortly after their arrival. The box closes half an hour prior to the departure of the mails, but letters are received at the window until the time of departure, upon payment of one penny.
