       ALLOTMENT hereinafter made to the said Elizabeth Garland, West; the ancient Inclosures, North; and abuts upon the Carr Field, South.
       AND we do order and award that the said William Marsden shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said Mary Bingley, East.
       WE do further allot, award and assign Unto the said William Marsden, to be held in severalty, by him his Heirs and assigns, Six perches of land, another parcel of the said stinted Common called the Carr Common, adjoining on an allotment hereinafter made to William Sheppard, East; an allotment hereinafter made to the said William Watson, West; the ancient Inclosure, North; and the said Ings Dyke, South.
       AND we do order and award that the said William Marsden shall make and forever maintain a good and Sufficient Fence against the said William Watson, West.
       We do further allot, award and assign unto the said William Marsden, to be held in severalty, by him his Heirs and assigns, Five Acres and twenty two perches of land, parcel of the said stinted Common called the Holme, adjoining upon the Highroad called the Upper Mill lane in the road to Wath, East; and the River Dearne, West, North and South.
       AND we do order and award that the said William Marsden shall repair and keep in repair the road from Upper Mill over the said Holm to the Township of Wath.
       AND we do further allot, award and assign unto the said William Marsden, to be held in severalty, by him his Heirs and Assigns, Six Acres, two roods and fourteen perches of land, another part of the stinted Common called the Holm, and adjoining upon the said William Watson's allotment hereinafter mentioned, West; and upon the said River Dearne East, North and South.
       AND we do order and award that the said William Marsden shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said William Watson, West.
       AND we do further allot, award and assign Unto the said William Marsden, to be held in severalty, by him his Heirs and assigns, forty Acres, one rood and thirty six perches of land, being parcel of the said Field called Low Field, adjoining upon an ancient Inclosure of the said William Sheppard called Fleet Closes, East; and upon an allotment hereinafter mentioned to belong to Elizabeth Bingley, Widow of Richard Bingley, late of Bolton upon Dearne aforesaid, Gentleman, and Pinder Balk lane, West; Goldthorpe libertye, North; and Doncaster road South.
       AND we do order and award that the said William Marsden shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against one half of the said allotment of the said Elizabeth Bingley, beginning at the South West End thereof, and against Pinder Balk lane, West; Goldthorpe liberty, North; and Doncaster road South.
       AND we do order and award that in case the said William Marsden shall make a bridge into his---

       SAID allotment, the same shall be made four feet in the Span of the Arch.
       AND we do further allot, award and assign unto the said William Marsden, to be held in Severalty, by him, his Heirs and Assigns Sixteen Acres, three Roods and twelve perches of land, (179,180,181) being another parcel of the said Low Field called the Mean Closes, and part of a certain field called the Vivers, Adjoining upon an ancient Inclosure of the said William Marsden and Thomas Pyegate, (Pigott?, a old established name here. WN.) East; 165 and upon an allotment hereinafter mentioned, to be made to Michael Kemp, and Vivers lane, West, 182; Goldthorpe liberty, North, 214,215; and the said Vivers lane, South.
       AND we do order and award the said William Marsden shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against one half of the said Allotment of the said Michael Kemp, beginning at the South End thereof, and against Goldthorpe liberty, North; and Vivers lane, South and West.
       AND that there shall be a road across the South End of the said last mentioned allotment Nine Yards broad.
       AND we do further allot and award and assign unto the said William Marsden, to be held in Severalty by him, his Heirs and Assigns twenty Acres, one rood and thirty four perches of land, (204,205,206) being another parcel of the said low Field called Darr Furlong, adjoining upon Goldthorpe Lane, East; and upon an allotment hereinafter made to the said William Watson, and an Ancient Inclosure of Elizabeth Bingley, Widow, West, 202,203; and Upon the said last mentioned ancient Inclosure, and another ancient Inclosure, North, 209; and an allotment hereinafter made to the said Elizabeth Bingley, in the said Darr Furlong, South, 196.
       AND we do order and award that the said William Marsden shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against one half of the said Allotment of the said William Watson, West; beginning at the North End thereof, and one other good and sufficient Fence against Goldthorpe lane, East.
       AND we do further allot, AWARD and Assign Unto the said William Marsden, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and Assigns, fourty four Acres, two roods and Eleven Perches of land, (356,357,358,359) parcel of the said Field called the near Carr Field, adjoining upon lands herein after allotted to Mary Bingley, Spinster, East, 360; Lumberland Closes, West, 386; the allotment of the said William Marsden in the Carr, North, 351-2-3-4; and the allotment of the said Elizabeth Garland and the Carr Field lane, South.
       AND we do order and award that the said William Marsden shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the allotment of the said Mary Bingley, Spinster, East; and the allotment of the said Elizabeth Garland and the Carr Field Lane, South.

       AWARD and assign unto the said William Marsden, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, forty one acres, one rood and seven perches of land, (420,421,422,423) parcel of the said Field called the Ings Field, adjoining upon two allotments hereinafter made to William Watson, East and West, 418,419,424,425; the long hedge lane, North,; and the Ing Field lane, South.
       AND we do order and award that the said William Marsden shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said William Watson, East; long hedge lane, North; and Ing Field lane, South.
       AND we do further allot, award and assign Unto the said William Marsden, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, one acre, three roods and eight perches of land, (part of 420) being a certain ancient Inclosure belonging to the said Elizabeth Bingley, Widow, called Roper Close, situate, lying and being within his said last mentioned allotment, in the said Ing Field, and agreed by the said Elizabeth Bingley, to be given the said William Marsden, in Exchange for land in Crainwell in the said Low Field.
       AND we do further allot, award and assign unto the said William Marsden, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, Nine acres, one rood and twenty two perches of land, (446) another parcel of the said Field called Ing Field, adjoining upon an ancient Inclosure of Godfrey Bingley, East, 445; and upon his own allotment in the Ings hereafter mentioned, and the allotments of the Overseers of the Highways of Bolton upon Dearne aforesaid in the said Ing Field, West, 456-7; upon the Ing Field, North; and upon his own and John Tyas's allotments in the Ings hereafter likewise mentioned, and the ancient Inclosure called Nob Row, South, 447a,447b.
       AND we do order and award that the said William Marsden shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said Overseers of the Highways, West; Ing Field lane, North; and his own allotment in the Ings South.
       AND we do further allot, award and assign Unto the said William Marsden, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, two acres of land, (470) parcel of the said Ings, in lieu of his Right for the running and depastureing of two Horses, Mares or Geldings there from Easter Eve to Whitsun Eve yearly, adjoining upon William Tyas's---

       AND we do order and award that the said William Marsden shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against William Tyas, East; and Bridlgate lane, North.
       AND we do further allot, award and assign unto the said William Marsden, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, Eight Acres two Roods and twenty five perches of land, (470) another parcel of the said Meadow called the Ings, adjoining upon his said last mentioned allotment, and an allotment of Henry Bingley here after mentioned, East,469; upon Billingley liberty, West; and the said Billingley liberty, and Bridlegate lane, North; and the said River Dearne, South.
       AND we do order and award that the said William Marsden shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said Henry Bingley's Allotment, East; and Bridlegate lane, North.
       AND we do further allot, award and assign Unto the said William Marsden, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, forty seven Acres, one rood and sixteen perches of land, (456,459,460,461) another parcel of the said Meadow called the Ings, being the remainder of his rights, properties and Interests, except the rents thereinafter mentioned to be reserved and made payable to the said William Marsden, for the Commons in the said Ings,--
       [That is to say, Mr William Watson, Twenty Shillings Yearly; of Mr William Sheppard, Six Shillings and eight pence, Yearly; of Thomas and Godfrey Pyegate three Shillings and four pence Yearly; of William Tyas three Shillings and four pence Yearly; and of Michael Kemp three shillings and four pence Yearly.]
       --Adjoining upon the several Allotments hereafter made to Mary Bingley, Thomas Pyegate, Michael Kemp, Mary Tyas, Thomas Fourness, and the Meadow land, East, 451 to 455 & 446,447; and upon an allotment of the said Mr William Watson, hereafter mentioned, and an ancient Inclosure in the Township of Wath, West, 462-3-4 and upon the several other allotments of the said William Marsden, the Constable, and the Overseers of the Township of Bolton upon Dearne aforesaid, in the Ing Field, North, 457,458a & 458b; and the said River Dearne and the allotment hereinafter made to the said Thomas Fourness, South, 455.
       AND we do order and award that the said William Marsden---

       SHALL make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against Meadow Lane and the said several allotments of the said Mary Bingley, Thomas Pyegate, Michael Kemp, Mary Tyas and Thomas Fourness, East; and against the said Allotments of the said Constables and Overseers, North.
       AND we do order and award for the first Time a Bridge shall be made across the New Drain into the said William Marsden's allotment, twelve foot broad and five feet wide in the span of the Arch, at the expence of the several owners and proprietors of lands in the said Ings, and forever afterward repaired by the said William Marsden.
       WE allot, award and assign unto the said William Watson, Gentleman, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, Four Acres and two roods of land, (100) parcel of the said Common called Bolton Common, the remainder of that part of it distinguisht by the name of Goose Holme, adjoining upon the said Byewater, East and South; and an allotment therein before made to the said William Marsden, West, 97; and another part of the said Common called Bolton Common, and the ancient Inclosures North, 75 to 86.
       AND we do order and award that the said William Watson, shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said Byewater, East and South; and the said Common,North.
       WE do further allot, award and Assign unto the said William Watson, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, Six Acres three roods and thirty two perches of land, (115) parcel of the said Common called Bolton Common, adjoining upon an allotment hereinafter made to Henry Bingley, East, 116; William Tyas, West, 114; the long lane, North; and the River Dearne, South.
       AND we do order and award that the said William Watson shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said William Tyas's allotment, West; and the said long lane, North.
       We do further allot, award and assign Unto the said William Watson, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, one acre and twenty Seven perches of the said Stinted Common called the Carr Common, adjoining upon an allotment hereinafter made to Elizabeth Garland, East; Mary Bingley, West; the ancient Inclosures, North; and his own Lumberland (Sunderland?) Close, South.

       AND we do order and award that the said William Watson shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the allotment hereinafter made to the said Mary Bingley, East.
       AND we do further allot, award and assign Unto the said William Watson, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, Eighteen perches of land, parcel of the said stinted Common called the Carr Common, adjoining upon an allotment of the said William Marsden, South East; Mary Bingley, North West; and his own Carr head Close, North; and the said Ings Dyke, South.
       AND we do order and award that the said William Watson shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said Mary Bingley's Allotment, North West.
       AND we do further allot, award and assign Unto the said William Watson, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, Four Acres and Four perches of land, (95) of the said Stinted Common called the Holme, adjoining upon an allotment here before made to the said William Marsden in the said Holme, East, 96; upon the Upper Mill lane leading to Wath, West; and the said River Dearne, North and South.
       AND we do order and award that the said William Watson shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said Mill lane, West.
       AND also that the said William Marsden shall have the Use of a road across the said last mentioned allotment by the north side thereof sixty yards broad.

       AND we do further allot, award and assign Unto the said William Watson, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, thirteen Acres, two roods and thirty perches of land, (424,425) being parcel of the said Field called Ing Field, adjoining upon an allotment hereinafter made to William Tyas, East, 426,427; and upon an allotment herein before made to the said William Marsden, West, 423; long hedge lane, North; and Ingfield lane, South.
       AND we do order and award that the said William Watson shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said William Tyas's allotment, East; long hedge lane, North; and Ingfield lane, South.
       AND we do further allot, award and assign Unto the said William Watson, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, Fourteen Acres, three roods and twenty five perches of land, (418,419) being another parcel of the said Field called Ing Field, adjoining upon an allotment herein before made to William Marsden, East, 420,421; and an allotment hereinafter made to William Sheppard, West, 417; Long Hedge lane, North; and Ing Field lane, South.

       AND we do order and award that for the first Time, a Bridge Twelve foot broad, and five feet wide in the Span of the Arch shall be made across the new Drain, into the said William Watson's allotment, at the Expence of the several owners and proprietors of lands in the said Ings, and forever afterwards be repaired by the said William Watson.
       WE allot, award and assign unto Elizabeth Bingley, widow of Richard Bingley, late of Bolton upon Dearne aforesaid, Gentleman, deceased, to be held in severalty,, by her, her Heirs and Assigns five acres three rood and thirty eight perches of land, (132) parcel of the said Common called Bolton Common, adjoining upon an allotment hereinafter made to Godfrey Bingley, East, 131; an allotment hereafter made to Thomas Fourness, West, 133; low Field, North; and the said Bywater, South.
       AND we do order and award that the said Elizabeth Bingley shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said allotment of the said Thomas Fourness, West; and the said Bywater, South.
