       Some numbers that are written in pencil in the margin of the copy of the Inclosure Award, refer to field numbers taken from the Tithe Book of 1839, which is also in Local Studies.        AND we do order and award that the said Mary Bingley shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said allotment of the said Elizabeth Bingley, North.
       AND WE do further allot, award and assign Unto the said Mary Bingley, to be held in severalty, by her, her Heirs and assigns, three roods and thirty five perches of land, another parcel of the said stinted Common called the Carr Common, adjoining upon an allotment herein before made to the said William Watson, East and West; the ancient Inclosure, North; and the said Lumberland Closes, and the Carrfield, South.
       AND we do order and award that the said Mary Bingley shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said allotment of the said William Watson, East.
       WE do further allot, award and assign Unto the said Mary Bingley, to be held in severalty, by her, her Heirs and assigns, one acre and seventeen perches of land, (372) parcel of the said Common called Common Plecks, adjoining Upon Greengate lane, East; and upon an allotment herein before made to the said Henry Bingley, West, 371; the ancient Inclosures, North 346; and another allotment hereinafter made to the said Mary Bingley, South, 373.
       AND we do order and award that the said Mary Bingley shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said allotment of the said Greengate lane, East.
       AND we do further allot, award and assign Unto the said Mary Bingley, to be held in severalty, by her, her Heirs and assigns, twenty five perches of land, another parcel of the said Common called Common Plecks, in lieu of and in full Compensation and Satisfaction, for a road hereinafter directed to be made over the South End of her Greengate lane Close, adjoining upon the said Greengate lane, East; an allotment herein before made to the said Henry Bingley, West; the said Mary Bingley's last mentioned allotment, North; and her own Greengate lane, South.
       AND we do order and award that the Fence against Greengate lane, and also the Fence at the South End of her Greengate lane Close, shall for the first time be made at the Expence of the Public and forever afterwards repaired by the said Mary Bingley.
       AND we do further allot, award and assign Unto the said Mary Bingley, to be held in severalty, by her, her Heirs and assigns, one rood and thirteen perches of land, (Green Gate Lane) parcel of the said stinted Common called the Carr, in lieu of, and in full Compensation and Satisfaction, for a Road she has hitherto Claimed a Right to Use over certain ancient Inclosures of the said William Marsden, called Rough or Summer Closes, adjoining Upon an allotment hereinafter made to William Tyas in the said Carr, East;---

       AND we do order and award that the said William Marsden in further Consideration of the said road being discontinued over his said ancient Inclosure, shall for the first Time, make a good and sufficient Fence against the allotment hereinafter made to William Tyas, East; and that the same forever afterwards shall be repaired and maintained by the said Mary Bingley.
       AND we do further allot, award and assign Unto the said Mary Bingley, to be held in severalty, by her, her Heirs and assigns, one rood and one perch of land, parcel of the said near Carr Field called Pinfold Hill, adjoining to an allotment hereinafter made to the said William Sheppard, East; an allotment herein before made to the said Sarah Bingley, West; the long Hedge lane, North; and an ancient Inclosure of the said Mary Bingley, South.
       AND we do order and award that the said Mary Bingley shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said William Sheppard's allotment, East; and the long hedge lane, North.
       AND we do further allot, award and assign Unto the said Mary Bingley, to be held in severalty,, by her, her Heirs and assigns, twelve acres and one rood of land, (360,361,362,363,364) another parcel of the said Field called near Carr Field, adjoining upon an ancient Inclosure of William Tyas's in the said Carr Field, and an allotment hereinafter made to the said William Tyas, in the said Carr East 365; an allotment herein before made to the said William Marsden, West, 358-9; an allotment herein before made to Mary Bingley, and another allotment hereinafter made to the said William Tyas, in the said Carr, North, 349-50; and the Carrfield lane, South.
       AND we do order and award that the said Mary Bingley shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the Carr, East and North; and the Carrfield lane, South.
       AND we do further allot, award and assign Unto the said Mary Bingley, to be held in severalty, by her, her Heirs and assigns, six acres, three roods and four perches of land, (part 396 & 392) another parcel of the said Field called the near Carr Field, adjoining to an ancient Inclosure of the said William Watson's, East, 387; to an ancient Inclosure of the said Mary Bingley, West, 393; to an allotment herein before made to the said Mary Bingley, in the Carr, North, 391; and long Hedge lane, South.

       AND we do order and award that the said William Sheppard shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against Henry Bingley's allotment, East; Long Hedge Lane, North; and Ingfield lane, South.
       AND we do further allot, award and assign Unto the said William Sheppard, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, Nineteen acres, two roods and twenty six perches of land, another parcel of the said Field called the Ing Field, adjoining upon an allotment hereinafter made to William Tyas, East; Godfrey Bingley's Ings Close, West; Ingfield lane, North; and an ancient Inclosure called Nobrow, and an allotment herein before made to the said Sarah Bingley, and the River Dearne South.

       AND we do further allot, award and assign Unto the said William Sheppard, to be held in severalty, by his, his Heirs and assigns, Fourteen acres two roods and two perches of land, (395,396) parcel of the said Field called farr Carr Field, adjoining upon an ancient Inclosure of the said William Sheppard's, East, 394; an allotment hereinafter made to Elizabeth Garland, West, 398; an allotment herein before made to the said William Sheppard, in the Carr, North, 397; and long Hedge lane, South.
       AND we do order and award that the said William Sheppard shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said long Hedge lane, South; and one half of the Fence against the said Elizabeth Garland,'s Allotment, West; beginning at the North End thereof.
       AND we do further allot, award and assign Unto the said William Sheppard, to be held in severalty, by his, his Heirs and assigns, thirteen acres two roods and fifteen perches of land, (448,449) parcel of the said Meadow called the Ings, in full of his Rights, properties and Interests there, adjoining upon the River Dearne, East; Meadow lane, West; the new Drain, North; and the said River Dearne, South.

       AND we do order and award that for the first time, a Bridge shall be made into the said last mentioned allotment, at the Expence of the several owners and proprietors of land, in the said Ings, four feet broad, and five feet wide in the Span, and forever afterwards, be repaired by the said Elizabeth Garland.
       WE do further allot, award and assign Unto William Tyas, gentleman, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, four acres of land, (135) parcel of the said Common called Bolton Common, adjoining upon an allotment herein before made to the said William Marsden, East, 134; Rotherham road, West; the ancient Inclosure, and the low field, North, 136; and the said Byewater, South.
       AND we do order and award that the said William Tyas shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against Rotherham road, West; and the said Byewater, South.
       AND we do order and award the said William Marsden shall have the Use of a road across the North End of the said last mentioned allotment, eight Yards broad.
