       Some numbers that are written in pencil in the margin of the copy of the Inclosure Award, refer to field numbers taken from the Tithe Book of 1839, which is also in Local Studies.        WE do further allot, award and assign Unto Michael Kemp, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, twenty six acres two roods and one perch of land, (182,183) parcel of the said low field and called the Vivers, adjoining upon an allotment herein before made to the said William Marsden, East, 179,180,181; on the ancient Inclosure, West, 184; on Goldthorpe Liberty, North, 211 to 214; and the ancient Inclosures, South, 188 to 192.
       AND we do order and award that the said Michael Kemp shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against one half of the said William Marsden's allotment, beginning at the, North End thereof, East; the said Goldthorpe Liberty, North.
       AND that there shall be a road across the, South End of the said last mentioned Allotment, Nine Yards broad.
       WE do further allot, award and assign Unto the said Michael Kemp, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, three acres two roods and six perches of land, (453) parcel of the said Meadow called the Ings, in full of his Rights, properties and Interests there, adjoining upon Meadow lane, East; upon an allotment herein before made to the said William Marsden, West, 459; upon an allotment herein before made to Mary Tyas, North, 454; and an allotment herein before made to the said Thomas Pyegate, South, 452.

       AND we do further allot, award and assign Unto the said Thomas Fourness, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, one acre three roods and thirty eight perches of land, (455) parcel of the said Meadow called the Ings, in full of his Rights, properties and Interests there, adjoining on Meadow lane, East; and on an allotment herein before made to the said William Marsden, West and North, 459,456; and an allotment herein before made to the said Mary Tyas, South, 454.

       WE do also allot, award and assign Unto William Fenton, Yoeman, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, two acres one rood and thirty eight perches of land, Parcel of the said Field called Low Field, adjoining on an allotment herein before made to the said William Fourness, East; upon an ancient Inclosure, West; upon Doncaster road, North; and the said William Fenton's Homestead, and the Common, South.

       AND we do order and award that the said John Tyas shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said Greengate lane, East; and the long hedge lane, South.
       AND we do further allot, award and assign Unto the said John Tyas, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, two roods and twenty two perches of land, parcel of the said Meadow called the Ings in full, of his Rights, Properties and Interests there, adjoining an allotment herein before made to the said William Marsden, East and North; on the said Meadow lane, West; and on an allotment herein before made to Sarah Bingley, South.
       AND we do order and award that the said John Tyas shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said Meadow lane, West.
       WE do further allot, award and assign Unto William Ellerker, Esquire, Richard Whitaker, and Margaret Burdon, Widow, to be held in severalty, by them, their Heirs and assigns, thirty two perches of land, parcel of the said Low Field called Darr Furlong, adjoining on Goldthorpe lane, East; upon the ancient Inclosures, West and South; and on an allotment herein before made to the said Elizabeth Bingley, North.
       AND we do order and award that the said William Ellerker, Richard Whitaker, and Margaret Burdon shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said Goldthorpe lane, East.
       AND we do allot, award and assign Unto the said John Willcock, Yoeman, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, two acres, and nineteen perches of land, (45) parcel of the said Field called Ing Field, adjoining upon the Town street, East; on an allotment hereinafter made to William Wright, West, 434; an allotment herein before made to William Sheppard, North, 44; and Ingfield lane, South.

       AND we do order and award that for the first Time the said Fence against the said Rotherham road, shall be made at the Costs and Charges of the several persons to whom the said Common Fields, Meadows, Common Pastures and Waste Grounds, are hereby respectively allotted, and for ever thereafter, shall be repaired by the said Robert Fisher and his Successors.
       WE do also allot award and assign unto the Constables of Bolton upon Dearne with Goldthorpe for the Time being, two acres, two roods and thirty four perches of land, (pt.458) parcel of the said Field called Ingsfield, adjoining upon an allotment herein after made to the Overseers of the Poor of the Township of Bolton upon Dearne with Goldthorpe for the time being, East, 458b; upon an allotment herein before made to William Watson, West, 464; upon the said Ing Field lane, North; and upon an allotment herein before made to the said William Marsden, South, 459.
       AND we do order and award that the Fence against the allotment of the Overseers of the Poor, East; and the Ing Field lane, North; shall be made for the first Time at the Costs and Charges of the said several persons to whom the said Common Fields, Meadows, Common pastures and Waste Grounds are hereby respectively allotted, and for ever thereafter, shall be repaired by the said Constables for the Time being.

       AND we do order and award that the Fence against the allotment of the said William Marsden, East; and the Ing Field lane, North; shall be made for the first Time at the Costs and Charges of the several persons to whom the said Common Fields, Meadows, Common-pastures and waste Grounds, are hereby respectively allotted, and for ever thereafter, shall be repaired by the said Overseers of the poor for the time being.
       AND WE DO FURTHER ORDER AND AWARD that a road shall be made to the first Bridge upon Bolton Common, in the Road to Adwicke Upon Dearne, to Adwicke Hundle Bridge and so on to Adwicke Hundle [Hound Hill?] Gate, twenty Yards Broad, and that the same to be called Rotherham Road, and to be repaired and kept in repair by the Inhabitants of the said---
