       AND we do allot, award and assign Unto Mary Tyas, Widow, to be held in severalty, by her, her Heirs and assigns, six acres two roods and thirty seven perches of land, (113) parcel of the said Common called Bolton Common, adjoining upon an allotment herein before made to the said William Tyas, East, 114; an allotment herein before made to the said William Sheppard, West, 112; the long lane, North; and the River Dearne, South.
       AND we do order and award that the said Mary Tyas shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said William Sheppard's allotment, West; and the said long lane, North.

       AND we do further allot, award and assign Unto the said Thomas Pyegate, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, fifteen acres two roods and nineteen perches of land, (378,379,380) parcel of the said Field called near Carr Field, adjoining upon an allotment hereinafter made to John Tyas, and an ancient Inclosure, East, 376-7; on an allotment herein before made to Mary Tyas, West, 381; Carr Field lane, North; and long hedge lane, South.

       AND we do order and award that the said Michael Kemp shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said Rotherham road, West; and the said long lane, North.
       WE do further allot, award and assign Unto Michael Kemp, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, twenty six acres two roods and one perch of land, (182,183) parcel of the said low field and called the Vivers, adjoining upon an allotment herein before made to the said William Marsden, East, 179,180,181; on the ancient Inclosure, West, 184; on Goldthorpe Liberty, North, 211 to 214; and the ancient Inclosures, South, 188 to 192.
       AND we do order and award that the said Michael Kemp shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against one half of the said William Marsden's allotment, beginning at the, North End thereof, East; the said Goldthorpe Liberty, North.
       AND that there shall be a road across the, South End of the said last mentioned Allotment, Nine Yards broad.
       WE do further allot, award and assign Unto the said Michael Kemp, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, three acres two roods and six perches of land, (453) parcel of the said Meadow called the Ings, in full of his Rights, properties and Interests there, adjoining upon Meadow lane, East; upon an allotment herein before made to the said William Marsden, West, 459; upon an allotment herein before made to Mary Tyas, North, 454; and an allotment herein before made to the said Thomas Pyegate, South, 452.
       AND we do order and award that the said Michael Kemp shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said Meadow lane, East; and the said Mary Tyas's allotment, North.
       AND we do order and award that for the first time a Bridge shall be made into the last mentioned allotment, at the Expence of the several owners and proprietors of lands in the said Ings, Four feet broad, and five feet wide in the Span of the Arch, and forever---

       Afterwards, to be repaired by the said Michael Kemp.
       AND we do further allot, award and assign Unto the said Thomas Fourness, Gentleman, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, Six Acres one rood and twenty nine perches of land, (133) parcel of the said Common called Bolton Common, adjoining upon another allotment herein before made to the said Elizabeth Bingley, East, 131-2; upon another allotment herein before made to the said William Marsden, West, 134; upon the Low Field, North, 140; and the said Byewater, South.
       AND we do order and award that the said Thomas Fourness shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the allotment of the said William Marsden, West; and the said Byewater, South.
       AND we do further allot, award and assign Unto the said Thomas Fourness, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, Six acres three roods and thirteen perches of land, (139) parcel of the said Field called Low Field, adjoining on an allotment herein before made to the said Elizabeth Bingley, East, 140; on an allotment hereinafter made to William Fenton, West, 136; on Doncaster road, North; and the Common, South, 134-5.
       AND we do order and award that the said Thomas Fourness shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the allotment of the said William Fenton, West; and against Doncaster road, North; and the Common, South.
       AND we do further allot, award and assign Unto the said Thomas Fourness, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, one acre three roods and thirty eight perches of land, (455) parcel of the said Meadow called the Ings, in full of his Rights, properties and Interests there, adjoining on Meadow lane, East; and on an allotment herein before made to the said William Marsden, West and North, 459,456; and an allotment herein before made to the said Mary Tyas, South, 454.
       AND we do order and award that the said Thomas Fourness shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said Meadow lane, East; and the allotment of the said William Marsden, North.
       WE do also allot, award and assign Unto William Fenton, Yoeman, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, two acres one rood and thirty eight perches of land, Parcel of the said Field called Low Field, adjoining on an allotment herein before made to the said William Fourness, East; upon an ancient Inclosure, West; upon Doncaster road, North; and the said William Fenton's Homestead, and the Common, South.
       AND we do order and award that the said William Fenton shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said Doncaster road, North; and the said Common, South.
       AND we do also allot, award and assign Unto the said John Tyas, Yoeman, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, one rood and eighteen---

       perches of land, (102) parcel of the said Common called Bolton Common, adjoining on the said Rotherham road, East; on an allotment hereinafter made to the said William Marsden, West and South, 103; and an allotment hereinafter made to Robert Fisher, North, 101.
       AND we do order and award that the said John Tyas shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said Rotherham road, East; and the allotment of the said Robert Fisher, North.
       AND we do further allot, award and assign Unto the said John Tyas, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, two acres, three roods and thirty nine perches of land, (376) parcel of the said Field called near Carr Field, adjoining on Greengate lane, and an ancient Inclosure, East and North East, 377; on an allotment herein before made to the said Thomas Pyegate, West, 380; on an ancient Inclosure, North, 375; and long hedge lane, South.
       AND we do order and award that the said John Tyas shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said Greengate lane, East; and the long hedge lane, South.
       AND we do further allot, award and assign Unto the said John Tyas, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, two roods and twenty two perches of land, parcel of the said Meadow called the Ings in full, of his Rights, Properties and Interests there, adjoining an allotment herein before made to the said William Marsden, East and North; on the said Meadow lane, West; and on an allotment herein before made to Sarah Bingley, South.
       AND we do order and award that the said John Tyas shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said Meadow lane, West.
       WE do further allot, award and assign Unto William Ellerker, Esquire, Richard Whitaker, and Margaret Burdon, Widow, to be held in severalty, by them, their Heirs and assigns, thirty two perches of land, parcel of the said Low Field called Darr Furlong, adjoining on Goldthorpe lane, East; upon the ancient Inclosures, West and South; and on an allotment herein before made to the said Elizabeth Bingley, North.
       AND we do order and award that the said William Ellerker, Richard Whitaker, and Margaret Burdon shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said Goldthorpe lane, East.
       AND we do allot, award and assign Unto the said John Willcock, Yoeman, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, two acres, and nineteen perches of land, (45) parcel of the said Field called Ing Field, adjoining upon the Town street, East; on an allotment hereinafter made to William Wright, West, 434; an allotment herein before made to William Sheppard, North, 44; and Ingfield lane, South.
       AND we do order and award that the said John Willcock shall make and forever maintain---

       WE do also allot, award and assign Unto William Wright, Yoeman, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, one acre, three roods and 20 perches of land, (128) parcel of the said Common called Bolton Common, adjoining on an allotment hereinafter made to Richard Micklethwaite Esquire, East, 127; on an allotment herein before made to Sarah Bingley, West, 130; on the said Byewater, North; and the said long lane, South.
       AND we do order and award that the said William Wright shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said Sarah Bingley's allotment, West; and the said long lane, South.
       WE do further allot, award and assign Unto the said William Wright, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, one acre, three roods and thirty seven perches of land, (434) parcel of the said Field called the Ingfield, and also parcel of the said Field called the near Carr Field, adjoining on two allotments herein before made to the said John Willcock and William Sheppard, East, 44-5; on an allotment also herein before made to the said Sarah Bingley, West, 432; on an Ancient Inclosure, North, 433; and the Ingfield lane, South.

       WE do further allot, award and assign Unto William Ibbison, Yoeman, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, three acres, and twenty six perches of land, (126) parcel of the said Common called Bolton Common, adjoining on an allotment herein before made to the said Elizabeth Garland, East, 125; on another allotment hereinafter made to the said Richard Micklethwaite, West, 127; on the said Byewater, North; and the said long lane, South.
       AND we do order and award that the said William Ibbison shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said Richard Micklethwaite's allotment, West; and the said long lane, South.
       AND we do further allot, award and assign Unto the said William Ibbison, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, three acres, of land, (431) parcel of the said field called Ing field, and also part of the Field called the near Carr Field, adjoining upon an allotment herein before made to Sarah Bingley, East, 432; Henry Bingley, West, 430; the long hedge lane, North; and Ingfield lane, South.
       AND we do order and award that the said William Ibbison shall make and forever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the allotment of the said Sarah Bingley, East; long hedge lane, North; and Ingfield lane, South.
       WE do also allot, award and assign Unto Richard Micklethwaite, Esquire, to be held---

       IN severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, three acres, and two perches of land, (127) parcel of the said Common called Bolton Common, adjoining on an allotment herein before made to William Ibbison, East, 126; on an allotment herein before made to William Wright, West, 128; the said longlane, South; and the said Byewater, North.
       AND we do order and award that the said Richard Micklethwaite shall make and for ever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said William Wright's allotment, West; and the said longlane, South.
       AND we do also allot award and assign unto William Pashley, Victualler, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, one acre, two roods and fifteen perches of land, (110) parcel of the said Common called Bolton Common, adjoining Upon an allotment herein after made to Elizabeth Stanfield, East, 111; upon the said Rotherham road, West; upon an allotment herein after made to William Cotton, 110a, and the said Byewater, North; and the said long lane, South.
       AND we do order and award that the said William Pashley shall make and for ever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said William Cotton's allotment, North West; Rotherham road, West; and the long lane, South.
       AND we do also allot award and assign unto William Cotton, Yoeman, to be held in severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, one acre, two rood and one perch of land, (part of 110) parcel of the said Common called Bolton Common, adjoining upon the said Byewater, East and North; the said Rotherham road, West; and, North West; and an allotment herein before made to William Pashley, South East, 110a.
       AND we do order and award that the said William Cotton shall make and for ever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the said Rotherham road, West and North West.
       AND we do further allot award and assign unto Elizabeth Stanfield, Widow, to be held in severalty, by her, her Heirs and assigns, one acre, two roods and three perches of land, (111) parcel of the said Common called Bolton Common, adjoining on an allotment herein before made to Thomas Pyegate, East, 111; on an allotment herein before made to William Pashley, West, 110a; on the said Byewater, North; and the said longlane, South.
       AND we do order and award that the said Elizabeth Stanfield, shall make and for ever maintain a good and sufficient Fence against the allotment of the the said William Pashley, West; and the said long lane, South.
       AND we do also allot award and assign unto Robert Fisher, Clerk, Curate of the said Church or Chappell of Bolton upon Dearne aforesaid, to be held in severalty, by him and his Successors, Curates of the said Church or Chappel for the Time being, one acre, two roods and one perch of land, (101) parcel of the said Common called Bolton Common, adjoining on Rotherham road, East; on the said Byewater, West; and---

       North; and on two allotments herein before made to the said William Marsden and John Tyas, South, 102,99.
       AND we do order and award that for the first Time the said Fence against the said Rotherham road, shall be made at the Costs and Charges of the several persons to whom the said Common Fields, Meadows, Common Pastures and Waste Grounds, are hereby respectively allotted, and for ever thereafter, shall be repaired by the said Robert Fisher and his Successors.
       WE do also allot award and assign unto the Constables of Bolton upon Dearne with Goldthorpe for the Time being, two acres, two roods and thirty four perches of land, (pt.458) parcel of the said Field called Ingsfield, adjoining upon an allotment herein after made to the Overseers of the Poor of the Township of Bolton upon Dearne with Goldthorpe for the time being, East, 458b; upon an allotment herein before made to William Watson, West, 464; upon the said Ing Field lane, North; and upon an allotment herein before made to the said William Marsden, South, 459.
       AND we do order and award that the Fence against the allotment of the Overseers of the Poor, East; and the Ing Field lane, North; shall be made for the first Time at the Costs and Charges of the said several persons to whom the said Common Fields, Meadows, Common pastures and Waste Grounds are hereby respectively allotted, and for ever thereafter, shall be repaired by the said Constables for the Time being.
       AND we do further allot award and assign unto the Overseers of the Poor of the said Township of Bolton upon Dearne with Goldthorpe for the Time being one acre, two roods and eight perches of land, (pt.458) parcel of the said Field called Ing Field, adjoining upon an allotment herein before made to the said William Marsden, East, 457; on an allotment herein before made to the Constables of Bolton upon Dearne with Goldthorpe aforesaid, for the time being, West, 458a; on Ing Field lane, North; and an allotment herein before made to the said William Marsden, South, 459.
       AND we do order and award that the Fence against the allotment of the said William Marsden, East; and the Ing Field lane, North; shall be made for the first Time at the Costs and Charges of the several persons to whom the said Common Fields, Meadows, Common-pastures and waste Grounds, are hereby respectively allotted, and for ever thereafter, shall be repaired by the said Overseers of the poor for the time being.
       AND WE DO FURTHER ORDER AND AWARD that a road shall be made to the first Bridge upon Bolton Common, in the Road to Adwicke Upon Dearne, to Adwicke Hundle Bridge and so on to Adwicke Hundle [Hound Hill?] Gate, twenty Yards Broad, and that the same to be called Rotherham Road, and to be repaired and kept in repair by the Inhabitants of the said---
